Overnight Chia Pudding Recipe
Having breakast ready for you in the morning is a game-changer. This Chia Pudding Recipe is packed with fiber and nutrients, not to mention being seriously delicious.
- 1/2 cup organic chia seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk; we use coconut milk
- 1/2 cup smashed raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
Smash the raspberries in a bowl using a spoon – you want to break them down well. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk, then add in the smashed raspberries. Add in the maple syrup. Cover with saran wrap and store in the fridge overnight. The next morning, scoop out a serving and top it off with your fresh raspberries!
